Refund Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

Color Up is run by SoraShouri LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). We sell casino dealer training apps and the Dealer Coordinator Program, software for table-games dealer rotations. This policy covers refunds for both.

Training apps

Training apps are a one-time purchase, and app sales are final. We don’t refund them, except where the law requires it.

Dealer Coordinator Program: money-back guarantee

If the Dealer Coordinator Program isn’t right for your floor, tell us. We’ll refund your most recent month of use and cancel your subscription.

• Monthly billing: we refund one month’s payment.
• Annual billing: we refund one month, prorated from your annual payment: one-twelfth of what you paid for the year.

The guarantee covers only that one month. Earlier months aren’t refunded, and on annual billing, neither is the rest of the year.

For example, if you’re six months into an annual subscription and decide it isn’t for you, we refund one month, one-twelfth of what you paid for the year, and cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions are provided by CounterSoftware Training LLC and sold through Link, Stripe’s checkout service. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
